About the role

As a Barista at O Boat Hire, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coffee and customer service to our customers. This is a full time position based in Noosaville, QLD, where you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all visitors to our boating and tourism business. We are seeking a mature aged person with Minimum 2 years experience as a Barista.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing a variety of coffee to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service
• Restocking and rotating inventory as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Be able to work independently
• Taking phone calls and bookings

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to craft high-quality espresso-based drinks
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
