Cantina by The Boardwalk in Caroline Springs is looking for an experienced barista to join our Team, with career opportunities.

We are open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch from 8am till 2.30pm.

THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for experienced Barista members to join the team on full-time basis, with opportunity to take part of our leadership team and coordinate day-to-day management of food & beverage operations.

What are we looking for:

• The ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally
• Minimum 2 year experience in similar role
• Knowledge of coffee blends, coffee roasting, how to operate and maintain espresso machines
• A can-do attitude with excellent and positive interpersonal skills
• Strong focus on customer service
• A genuine person who is enthusiastic about hospitality and working as part of a team
• The flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends
• Fluent in English

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve food & beverages to customers in accordance with service standards
• Manage daily operations, maintaining a clean work environment
• Knowledge on coffee and bar operations
