Property Projects Officer, Property Services
- Reference number: 108
- Full Time Contract position offered for two years
- You will coordinate new and renewal projects for Council owned facilities including community halls, sport and recreational facilities, libraries, public amenities, offices and cemeteries.
- Management of operational property maintenance and compliance requirements
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in project management, construction or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering building infrastructure projects within agreed timeframes and budgets
- Strong knowledge of Project Management principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience in engaging and consulting with the community, contractors and external organisations
As part of Adelaide Hills Council’s Safe Environments Policy, a current Working with Children Check, and undertaking Child Safe Environment Training every three years, are requirements of the position.
A valid National Police Certificate which is satisfactory to the Council’s requirements will be required before the successful applicant can commence in this position.
