As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Property Officer / Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Crows Nest.

This role offers the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to gain hands-on experience in all facets of property management. You will work with a portfolio of prestigious properties, splitting your time between office-based tasks and on-the-road responsibilities. No prior experience is required.

Guided by our Property Manager, the successful candidate will be highly organised, possess strong time management skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills are essential to thrive in our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the property management team in all aspects of property management
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Respond to leasing enquiries
• Conduct routine inspections of tenanted properties
• Complete ingoing and outgoing condition reports
• Host open and private inspections
• Process tenancy applications and prepare lease documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a current Assistant Agent, Class 2, or Class 1 Licence
• Has a valid Australian driver's licence and a reliable car

• Maintains a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Is available to work on Saturdays (with an RDO during the week)
• Is eager to build a long-term career in real estate
