About the Role:

Intereach is seeking a dedicated individual with strong leadership skills to join the Aged Care Services team in the role of Team Leader Workforce & Volunteers.

The role will be responsible for providing support in the management of a large team of Community Support Workers and Volunteers who provide exceptional in home and community supports to older people and their carers to help them to remain living independently and safely in their own homes.

The successful applicant will have well-developed leadership skills, computer skills and demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent time management and organisation skills, an understanding of the issues facing older people and their carers and a passion for making a difference in the community. You will have a strong commitment to upholding the Intereach values and a great knowledge of services available in your community. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear more about you.

This position is full time- 38hrs per week and can be based in either Echuca or Shepparton VIC.

This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as Level 5 with an annual starting salary of $97,377.80 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
