Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, understanding the needs and challenges faced by property managers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with property managers and real estate agents, ensuring that our services meet their expectations and are delivered promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned property managers and real estate agents.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and objectives, and ensure they are met through our services.
• Coordinate service requests and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and provide solutions promptly.
• Monitor and track service performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our operations team to schedule and prioritize service requests.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on client accounts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a property manager is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in account management or relevant role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
