Your new role

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing accurate and efficient assistance to customers.
  
• Address customer enquiries, complaints, and issues, aiming to resolve them promptly.
  
• Provide product or service information to customers and help them make informed decisions.
  
• Document all customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Previous contact centre experience
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within the specified time frame.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a facility management or service delivery environment is a bonus.

What you'll get in return

• $37 p/h + super
• 6 month contract
• Based in North Ryde
• Monday - Friday 7am-7pm roster (37.5 hour week)
• After 6 weeks, working from home for 3/4 days per week
• 7th April Start
