We’re now on the hunt for an enthusiastic and talented AVM to help lead the team.

The Role

As Assistant Venue Manager you will play a supporting role in all day to day operational and administrative aspects of running the bar including beverage menu creation, rostering, ordering and duty management. Historically the role has also had a particular focus on booking, coordinating and hosting functions and events. You'll receive support and guidance from the Venue Manager, with whom you'll closely collaborate, as well as from the Group's Operations Manager.

This is the perfect role if you have ambitions of developing into a confident and talented Venue Manager.

About You

You’ll need to be an F&B professional with at least 2-3 years’ management experience. A friendly and upbeat personality, leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate a team are essential. Strong communication and time management skills will be integral. Above all, you should have a deep passion for delivering genuine hospitality to your customers and ensuring they have a fantastic experience.
