About the role
Pearl Catering is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at our prestigious venue in Vaucluse. As a full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting the Venue Manager in overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations and providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting the Venue Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Rostering and supervising the restaurant team, providing training and development opportunities
- Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Participating in the development and implementation of promotional activities and events
- Monitoring and reporting on restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
