CA Marketing Group is Australia's leading pay-per-lead digital marketing agency, specializing in lead generation for over nine years across industries such as tech and finance in the APAC region. Due to our rapidly growing client base, we are excited to be adding a Junior Account Manager to our team, who will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring long-term success and retention plus growth of our partnerships.
You will play a critical role in helping our teams execute their daily functions by supporting them with completion of admin tasks.
What You Will Do
Working alongside our frontline sales, call centre, and marketing teams, the Junior Account Manager will support the business with admin tasks, outbound calls to partners and customers, management of daily lead generation systems to ensure all leads are sold, then lastly communicating with our users via social media and other platforms to ensure success and a customer first attitude at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily sweep of internal lead management system to ensure all leads are matched with partners.
- Communicating with partners to ensure positive experiences, follow up of unpaid accounts and any account changes needed.
- Providing follow up calls to customers who have requested solutions to ensure they had a positive experience.
- Communicating with leads via Facebook, TikTok, Instagram etc. To ensure we are answering questions as quickly as possible.
- Manage inbound phone enquiries to CA marketing group and affiliated brands to then direct them to the correct staff members.
Desired Experience & Skills (but not essential):
- Customer engagement experience: either call centre, reception or sales previously you’ve had experience dealing with client in B2B or B2C.
- Onboarding & Customer Retention: Proven ability to onboard new customers, provide structured guidance, and drive long-term engagement.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience in managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to work with customer success metrics and translate insights into action.
