As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving client success and agency growth by managing campaigns, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing marketing campaigns, and driving client engagement. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with McCorkell’s strategic objectives. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Strategy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to develop tailored marketing solutions.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Drive proactive client engagement and identify opportunities for business growth.
Campaign & Project Execution
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, content, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, content, and strategy) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring high quality delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data driven insights for optimization.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Develop client proposals, budgets, and statements of work.
- Track and report on revenue, profitability, and campaign ROI.
- Work with finance and leadership teams to ensure client billing and payments are managed efficiently.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on account management best practices.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and contribute to internal process improvements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proficient in English verbally and written.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or agency roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, and omnichannel strategies.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in campaign reporting.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Experience working with cross functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns.
