- Base salary range: $80,243 – $88,940 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services at The University of Western Australia (UWA) provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools. The School Operations team focuses on supporting Heads of School, academic staff, and research students with administrative and operational services, fostering excellence in education and research.
About the opportunity
- Coordinate and deliver administrative support for the Medical Program, including clinical placements, assessments, and teaching support.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing support for research and HDR (Higher Degree by Research) students, assisting with graduate research coordination.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery and streamline workflows.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a similar administrative role.
- Demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computing tools including word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
