United Lifts AUST specialising lift / Escalator Installation / Maintenance / Modernisation provides a customised service / Installation to Australian standard lifts. The business establised in 1998 and we have recently restructure business and move up to the next level of service in the lift industry. You are looking for a professional admin person to directly our service manager, customer accounts manager and Branch manager NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Coordination & Scheduling
- Plan and schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections for lifts/elevators.
- Assign service calls to technicians based on availability and urgency.
- Maintain a service calendar and ensure timely responses to customer requests.
Customer Service & Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling service requests and inquiries.
- Provide updates to clients on service status, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues to management if necessary.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, contracts, and invoices.
- Process work orders, quotations, and purchase orders for spare parts.
- Ensure all service documentation is properly stored and accessible.

Compliance & Safety Management
- Ensure that all lift maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Keep records of inspections, certifications, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and auditors as needed.
Procurement Support
- Assist in ordering parts and coordinating with suppliers.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare reports on service activities, customer feedback, and technician performance.
- Monitor service contracts and renewals, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Report to service manager, operational manager and service accounts manager
