As Program Manager – Residential Care, you will oversee our residential care services, ensuring young people receive the support, stability, and care they deserve. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a committed team, drive program growth, and ensure best practice service delivery that changes lives. This role will be working between our two office locations in Narangba (Head Office) and Mansfield.

✔ Experienced in leading residential care services, program growth, and stakeholder engagement.
✔ Confident in navigating compliance, child safety, and residential care frameworks.
✔ Degree qualified in social work, psychology, human services or other relevant field.

The key responsibilities for this role are:
- Lead & grow our residential care program, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Build & mentor a strong, values-driven team.
- Engage with key stakeholders, from government agencies to community partners.
- Ensure compliance with child safety and the OOHC Outcomes Framework.
- Develop & implement innovative strategies to improve young person outcomes.
