• Position: Special Needs Teacher
• Students: Ages 7- 16 years old
• Start Date: (as soon as you're ready)
• Type: Full-time, ongoing opportunity
• Flexibility with age levels is dependent on your experiences, and if you are Primary or secondary trained

What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver programs tailored to individual student needs, ensuring engagement and personalisation
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to align lessons with individual learning and pathway plans
• Support students with diverse learning needs and intellectual disabilities daily
• Continuously assess and adjust student learning plans for optimal progress
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and the community to guide student success
• Engage with a small class of 9 students, supported by teachers, OTs, Speech Pathologists, and other professionals
