Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement One Plans for students with disabilities and learning challenges.
• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and external specialists to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and caregivers to provide regular updates and support.
• Apply positive behaviour management strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
