The Role:
The Finance & Administration Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, providing expertise in accounting, financial admin and human resources, acting as a key figure within the organization.
- Managing and leading day-to-day operations of the the finance/admin team
- Processing of payroll, payroll EOM reports
- HR matters (onboarding, internal enquiries, employee files, workcover claims and premium admin, contracts)
- Administration duties – Stock takes, ordering, records, phones, emails, appointments, equipment upkeep)
- Financial – Preparation and lodgement of super, payroll tax/deductions, accounts, BAS, general financial enquiries and assisting in external audits
Key Requirements:
- A diploma/certificate in business management is highly advantageous but not essential
- A minimum 3 years or more in payroll is essential.
- 3 years or more in business finance is desirable but not essential.
- Experiencing in managing staff is highly advantageous
