Position Objective:

The Administration Accounts Manager is responsible for office management and support of the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable financial management functions and general administration.

The role will provide leadership and support to their direct reports and indirect personnel through the following objectives:

  • Ensuring that issues are quickly identified, investigated, and resolved.
  • A strong customer focus.
  • Training and developing of the accounts team to achieve required outcomes and processes.
  • Proactive and responsive to Administration/Accounts service and issues.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective administrative support activities.
  • Manage customer accounts, queries, and related tasks.
  • Oversee and support end-to-end Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes across the Group, gathering and collating relevant data to produce regular progress reports.
  • Manage debt collection processes.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and financial month-end responsibilities.
  • Support the preparation of monthly client reports.
  • Manage stationery, mail, insurances, and other office management tasks.
  • Provide system support as required (e.g., NetSuite, Ipro, CM3, etc.).
  • Coach, train, and support the team as required.
  • Ensure effective customer and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and manage expectations.

Reporting Relationships:

  • This position reports to the General Manager.
  • This position works with the Service Delivery Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Finance Manager.
  • This position has staff reporting to them for administration tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role and/or industry is favourable.
  • Effective planning to ensure key activities are delivered according to agreed timelines.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • High-level interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and responsive approach.
  • Adaptable and flexible to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to respond effectively to constant change
