Working for a global ecommerce platform that is expanding its business into the Melbourne market, you will be responsible for delivering a swift and efficient front-line service to both merchants and customers. You will be passionate about the retail sector, technology or e-commerce and take pride in your daily interactions with customers. Partnering with 100s of well-known brands, this global company will take your contact centre career to the next level.

About the Role:

Day to day you will be providing outstanding customer service to customers and merchants, responding to general enquiries about the platform, products in stock, platform navigation issues via phone or email, ensuring you are responding in a timely manner. This is a full-time permanent position based in the Melbourne CBD with the ability to work hybrid.

What you'll need to succeed:
Ability to adhere to KPIS set out by your team leader, such as call adherence, response timeframes and number of enquiries responded to. You will be an enthusiastic customer service superstar who loves to go above and beyond with your customers, ensuring they are serviced to the best of your ability, or liaising with internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues. Ideally, you will have exposure to a contact centre environment where you have had to work independently and be self-motivated.
You will be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident who can work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential - additional languages are highly regarded.
A can-do attitude and the ability to handle competing priorities
$64,000 + Super

Your colleagues are based globally and at times you may be required to work additional hours to cater for international meetings.
