About the role

FME is looking for a professional highly motivated business manager to operate in a off showroom floor Hub environment. You will be working closely with the team to achieve targets monthly. The successful candidates will be results-driven professionals, playing a key role in shaping the success of our team and have exceptional work ethic with a strong client focus.

• Self-motivated and driven to maximise your own commissions and departments’ revenue
• The ability to demonstrate strong results in current and previous Business Manager roles
• Ability to collaborate and work closely with the team to achieve set targets
• Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customer
• Honesty, reliability and punctuality
• Ability to obtain police check
