The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the star of our front-line team, guiding clients through their flooring and window furnishing journeys. You’ll:

• Deliver Amazing Service - Be the friendly face that clients trust!
• Assist with Design - Help clients pick perfect colours and styles.
• Measure & Quote - Take the project beyond the showroom with on-site measuring and quoting.
• Build Relationships - Create lasting connections and network like a pro.
• Showcase Products - Set up eye-catching displays and keep our showroom looking sharp.
• Hit Your Targets - Meet and exceed sales KPIs while having fun!

What You Bring

• Organised & Energetic - A self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• A People Person - Outgoing and great at connecting with clients.
• Sales Savvy- Experienced in retail with a proven track record of smashing KPIs.
• Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with computers and sales software.
• A Team Player - Enjoys working closely with a small, dedicated team.
• Passionate About Design - Knowledge or eagerness to learn window furnishings and a flair for interior design is a plus!
