Positions Available:

🔹 Sales Manager
📌 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Lead and manage the sales team to improve overall performance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction
• Analyze market trends and optimize sales processes

📌 Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in EVs
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach
• Must have valid working rights in Australia

🔹 Sales Consultant
📌 Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, test drives, and purchasing processes
• Achieve sales targets and complete transaction paperwork
• Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support
• Support marketing and promotional activities to boost brand awareness

📌 Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales preferred (EV sales experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and sales skills with a passion for the industry
• Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and strong customer service skills
• Must have valid working rights and a driver's license in Australia
