Hours: 38 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days including weekends and public holidays on rotation.

About this role:
We are looking for a luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team based in the famous jewellery location of Adelaide.

How you’ll contribute:
- Client Engagement and Consultation: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, building genuine relationships by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewellery collection, including the materials, design details, and craftsmanship that sets us apart.
- Sales Performance: Proactively meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a consultative and customer-centric approach. Provide personalised recommendations and options to clients, ensuring a memorable and luxurious shopping experience.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring that each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and create an environment where clients feel valued and appreciated.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the essence of our brand and uphold its reputation by maintaining a polished and sophisticated appearance, as well as demonstrating a genuine passion for luxury jewellery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to share insights, contribute to visual merchandising efforts, and collectively enhance the overall customer experience within the store.
About you:
- You boast 1-2 years of experience across the luxury jewellery sector
- Proven track record in smashing sales targets within a similar retail environment
- You are a bubbly, confident communicator with experience handling phone, video & face to face consultations
- Tech savvy - ability to pick up CRM and can troubleshoot to resolve issues smoothly
- Adaptability - capacity & desire to adapt to learning new systems & processes with ease
- Motivated Self-Starter - you take initiative on tasks without being told what to do
- Team Player - you like to share the knowledge, the wins & lend a helping hand fostering a collaborative & copacetic workplace
- Proactive Problem-Solver - ability to think critically in solving problems with innovative ideas or prevent them
- Outstanding Communication skills - ability to write & speak in a clear, concise & engaging manner across differing channels
- Customer Centricity - you are all about tailoring the customer experience, understanding their needs, & obtaining feedback in the form of reviews to support continuous improvement
- Results Oriented - ability to strive for excellence and to approach challenges with a positive mindset
- Passionate & Creative - you have a passion for luxury products & a sense of creativity when styling products
