About You – Key Selection Criteria:

• An ACEQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Strong understanding of Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
• A passion for developing and delivering high-quality educational programs
• An adaptable and collaborative leadership style
• Commitment to team engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Proven ability to mentor, guide, and inspire team members
• Advanced computer literacy to support documentation and planning
• A willingness to build and maintain meaningful partnerships with families and the wider community
• A valid Working with Children Check
