Evolve Early Education is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as the 2nd In Service in our AppleBerries Noosaville Service, This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for an early childhood education professional to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children. As the 2nd ECT at the Service, you will work collaboratively with our dedicated educators to provide high-quality, engaging learning experiences that support the holistic development of the children in our care.

What you'll be doing

Plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate educational programs and activities that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Observe and document children's learning and development, using this information to inform curriculum planning

Foster positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Contribute to the overall operation and continuous improvement of the early childhood service

Mentor and provide guidance to junior educators to enhance their professional practice

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent, with current teacher registration

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher

Strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogy, curriculum development and assessment practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for the early childhood education sector

Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
