We are looking for an experienced and highly organized receptionist to join our busy Smash Repairs shop in Merrylands.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while managing day-to-day administrative tasks. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in the smash repair industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling phone calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Managing bookings, appointments, and job scheduling
• Processing invoices and liaising with insurance companies
• General administrative duties and data entry
• Experience using I-Body Shop software is highly preferred
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the smash repair industry
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Experience working with insurance companies and handling invoicing
• Familiarity with I-Body Shop or similar repair management systems
• A positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
driving license is essential as we also need someone to pick up and drop off customers.
