We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Receptionist / Centre Support person to join our team at Kindalin Early Childhood Learning Centres.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and assist with the day-to-day admin and operations. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 10:30 am - 6:30 pm.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a childcare environment.
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Software.
- Ability to work independently with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Willing to learn and understand software and platforms used throughout the organisation.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy, people-oriented Centre.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- A genuine caring for Children and Families.
Qualities and Daily Responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills to meet and greet our families as they arrive at the Centre each day.
- Answer and manage phone calls and direct them as needed.
- A team player who can take direction and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Assist the Centre Director with tasks a required.
- Complete Centre administration tasks.
