Currently seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist for an initial temporary contract in an elite financial organisation, based in Sydney CBD.
- Initial temp contract - potential to go permanent
- Based in Sydney CBD - Immediate start
- $32 - 34ph + super
Permanent Residents and Citizens encouraged to apply.
Seeking a professional who can seamlessly transition into the role and ensure the smooth running of the Corporate Reception and Front of House functions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues/teams
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing and booking meeting rooms
- Maintain security by completing logbooks and visitor badges
- Ensuring internal meeting rooms are maintained, supplied, replenished and kept presentable at all times
- Ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate would demonstrate:
- Friendly and personal nature
- Previous experience in similar role - please only apply if you have Corporate Reception and/or Facilities experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude and corporate presentation
- High attention to detail
- A strong work ethic
- Adaptable and committed to maintaining exceptional standards
