Lece (lecegroup.com.au) provides electrical contracting, maintenance and automation service. We are gaining a reputation for providing high-quality maintenance services across commercial, industrial and mining sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a variety of electrical projects. You will be responsible for cost estimation, material take-offs, and liaising with engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of bids. With a focus on preventive maintenance, D&C and ECI contracts there is never a dull moment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for electrical projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Liase with engineers to provide early engineering design as part of proposals
• Identify risks and opportunities in tenders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop competitive proposals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and pricing.
• able to attend site visits and communicate clearly and confidently
• Drive strong growth and bring positive vibes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in estimation software SimPRO
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
