A federal government organisation is looking for the multiple Siebel Systems Analysts (Designers).

Key duties and responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts and other staff at all levels within the department and external agencies to determine business requirements
• Negotiation of scope within technical and resourcing limitations
• Plan and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions
• Work closely with architects, UX designers, product design assurance and developers to ensure solution and functional designs are feasible and follow established patterns and standards
• Develop & document detailed functional design specifications, user stories, mock-ups, diagrams and other design artefacts
• (Peer) review colleagues' design deliverables, and confidence checks of built functionality
• Provide advice on the relative risks of project-related activities
• Coordinate the implementation of solution designs with relevant stakeholders
• Analyse and resolve design issues raised during development and post go-live
• Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental officers

To be an effective ACG systems analyst-designer working in a multi-disciplinary team, the candidate:

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in ICT
• 3-5+ years’ experience in IT systems analysis and design
• Prior experience working in the Australian Government, on large and complex IT systems

Technical skills

Demonstrate 5 + years of recent experience with Siebel CRM in any role, and Demonstrate at least 2 years recently working as a Siebel Analyst-Designer. Extensive experience as a Siebel CRM designer, developer, or tester
