Eden Ritchie is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support security risk reduction projects by defining business and functional requirements.

• Duration: 8 months + possible extension.
• Location: Brisbane/Hybrid (50/50)

As the Business Systems Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Defining current and future state business processes to align with security risk reduction goals.
• Managing business analysis planning, stakeholder engagement, and requirements traceability.
• Documenting functional specifications, business rules, and system configurations.
• Collaborating with project managers, solution architects, and IT subject matter experts.

Desirable Requirements & Skills:
• Proven experience in business analysis for security, ICT service management, or operational projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
• Experience in public sector projects is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of security operations, logging, and monitoring frameworks is advantageous.
