About the Opportunity:
As a SAP Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in translating business requirements into system specifications, driving system improvements, and leading key projects. This opportunity offers the chance to work with SAP ERP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and SAP Security in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support team operations, overseeing business performance, setting priorities, and managing resources and workflow.
• Develop and implement ICT solutions, particularly in GRC and SAP Security domains.
• Identify gaps in existing functionality and interdependencies, proposing effective solutions.
• Monitor work output and quality, ensuring adherence to performance standards through detailed analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals, enhance service delivery and influence business outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in SAP ERP systems, particularly Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and SAP Security.
• Experience translating business needs into system requirements and designing effective solutions.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• MANDATORY: Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a Clearance.
