Job Description
About the Role
Salary: $91,386.00 - $108.265.00 + super per annum
Step into a diverse role where you'll lead the charge in maintaining top-tier operational standards and regulatory compliance across the TAB retail network. You'll expertly manage the SL1 agency sales and licensing process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will shine as you handle all aspects of agent contracts and legal obligations, from drafting and negotiation to audits and compliance monitoring. Strategically overseeing Sky Channel subscriptions statewide, you'll maximize coverage and audience reach.
In addition, you'll support and manage RWWA Managed Agency staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Conduct thorough investigations into agent activities, including security, transactional, or legislative breaches. Develop and implement best practice operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk across the retail network. Qualifications
About You
- Significant experience in a retail environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Understanding of wagering.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
- Understanding of political and legislative consideration relevant to retail wagering.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in interpretation of contract law (desirable).
