Family Lawyer | Salary of $200,000 | Flexibility | National Firm

Salary: Salary is based upon billable targets, ability to do the role, mentoring experience and managerial experience. Salary offered can vary depending on what the successful candidate can bring to the firm, this can be up to $200,000 + Super + Bonus.

Key Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of post-admission experience in family law (private practice only)
• Strong expertise in property settlements, parenting disputes, and financial agreements
• Ability to achieve billable targets (5-8 per day)
• Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
• A commitment to providing exceptional client care and outcomes
