West End Support Services was established in 2017 and based in the beautiful Winter Valley, Victoria. The Managing Director, Debbie Jew is driven by her passion to provide personal services to people in the community and proudly operates in a manner that always puts participants first. We are seeking a well-organised and experienced Receptionist who is tech-savvy and adaptable to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding level of customer service and support across various areas of the organisation.
Position: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to emails and manage multiple Microsoft Outlook calendars.
- Collate data from various online platforms and follow up with accurate reporting.
- Perform filing, photocopying, scanning, and general office duties.
- Assist the management team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Key Attributes and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role (minimum 2 years' experience)
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience within the NDIS sector is preferred but not essential.
- Enthusiastic, committed, and motivated with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to the varied and changing demands of a busy office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly tech-savvy.
- Must hold a current driver’s licence.
- A cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain one
