We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our services.
About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of CanDo Care Services. You will assist with administrative tasks, ensure compliance with NDIS requirements, and provide professional support to our team, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the management and operational teams.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation in compliance with NDIS requirements.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner (reception).
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and staff rosters.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
- Support the preparation and submission of compliance and audit documentation.
- Assist with participant onboarding processes, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Support other administrative tasks as required by management.
About You:
- Previous experience in an NDIS based administrative or office support role is essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of NDIS processes essential.

Requirements:
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Valid Working with Children Check (prefered).
