A boutique financial services provider based in Norwest Business Park/ Bella Vista is looking to add an experienced Credit Analyst / Broker assistant . We need some one who has worked in the industry for at least 3 years and has a start-to-end understanding of the process.

We provide Financial planning, SMSF, Commercial and Residential lending advice.

Someone who can work without supervision. A self-motivated individual who wants to get the work done.

Full support will be provided to the right candidate on the pathway to becoming a mortgage broker.

Pre-requisites

• Experience in Home loan processing either with a bank or a mortgages broking firm. Minimum 3 years’ experience essential.
• Thorough understanding of Bank Credit policies
• Ability to read pay slips and financials.
• Understanding of the documentation required for each client.
• Experience on Applyonline essential
• Experience on Salestrekker CRM preferred
• SMSF lending and commercial lending experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience with Self Employed applications will be preferred.
• Eye for detail and passionate to deliver.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Completed or Enrolled in Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking.
• Good typing (40 words per minute minimum) and Good computer skills are required. (Microsoft office experience Essential)

Job Role:

• Client initial engagement: Assisting the broker with data and document collection.
• Assisting clients with queries
• Conducting relevant checks to ensure compliance etc.
• Product and policy research based on the client’s situation.
• Serviceability checks, ordering valuations etc.
• Packaging the applications and submitting them to the bank
• Following up on the applications from Prospect stage to settlement
• Assisting with post settlement enquiries and reviews.

Remuneration: This will be based on the quality of the candidate and experience.
