At Loan Market we provide a level of service that transcends the transaction. We advise, we consult, we educate and we execute. We are now looking for a Junior Broker to join the team in Ersinville and support us in providing a high level of service to our customers.

Duties:
As a Mortgage Broker joining Loan Market, you will be working collaboratively within a team that consists of Mortgage Brokers, credit analysts and Admin staff. You will be provided with all the support and tools required to succeed in your career, across Tech, and on going development.

As a Broker, you will be responsible for;

• Meeting with clients to determine their financial situation, discuss their needs, and recommend suitable mortgage options.
• Assessing and evaluating loan options available to clients based on their credit history, income, and debt-to-income ratio.
• Liaising with lenders on behalf of your clients to obtain the best possible mortgage terms and rates.
• Providing financial advice on all aspects of the mortgage process, including down payments, closing costs, and repayment terms.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including consumer protection laws.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and lenders to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided.
  

Skills and Experience

Below experience would be highly regarded:

• At least one year of experience in mortgages either as an loan processor or broker
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma
• Ability to self-generate business through own network; some leads will also be provided
• Satisfy responsible lending obligations and BID requirements
