Mercure Albury is seeking a Full Time Hotel Receptionist/Guest Service Agent to Join our team. As our next Team member, you will:

• Be customer service focused individual, with strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
• Previous reception experience preferred but not essential, we will train you
• Be required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts, assisting guests on Arrival, during their stay and up until their departure.
• Deliver service excellence, from check-in to check out and everywhere in between as the first point of contact for guests and visitors
• Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holiday

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience in hospitality & or customer service industry highly desirable
• People with a passion for providing quality guest service
• Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality
• Administration and Accounts experience highly regarded
• Previous experience with Protel or similar highly regarded
• Attention to detail
• The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster at a variety of times
• Ability to assist across other departments of the Hotel when required
