Quality Hotel Colonial Launceston is looking for Full or Part Time Guest Service Agents to join our expanding Hotel.

The role is a combination of customer service and administration, ideal for someone with previous experience in customer service, accommodation, travel or tourism industry.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

• Greeting and checking in our guests
• Provide and exceptional guest experience
• Handling guest communications via phone, email and direct
• Co-ordinating with our housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Processing reservations
• General administration tasks as require
• Guest account reconciliation

Ideal Experience

• Previous experience in administration, travel or tourism preferred but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
• The ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
• Professional presentation
• Availability to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
