We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman with the proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality projects within set deadlines.

As Site Foreman, you will lead your team on-site, working closely with the Managing Director on job planning, and also stepping in to work hands-on with your crew to ensure each project meets Concretum’s exceptional standards. We need a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, someone who can drive projects to completion while maintaining our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

At Concretum, as a fast-growing company, the Managing Director focuses on sales and client relationships, leaving you to take charge of the day-to-day operations on-site. We rely on you to think on your feet, autonomously manage projects, and deliver them on time and within budget.

• Conventional Formwork and Specialty Formwork
• Class 1 finishes

Experience with these types of work is an advantage, but we place great value on experience in leading civil or formwork teams, which is crucial for your immediate success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team on-site to ensure projects are completed to Concretum’s high standards
• Coordinate job planning, set schedules, and ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee formwork, concrete pouring, and finishing, ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Maintain quality control and ensure that every aspect of the project meets or exceeds expectations
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring productivity and efficiency
• Foster a positive and professional relationship with clients, handling any issues or queries promptly
• Mentor and guide your team to improve performance and ensure their growth

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing teams on civil or civil landscaping projects
• Proven track record of successful job management, with a history of high-performing projects
• Strong budget management, organizational, and productivity skills
• Extensive formwork experience (5+ years)
• Ability to read large civil plans and work with survey and set-out
• Experience operating GPS Rover
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-end finishes
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Fully valid driver’s license and working with children check
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Email, and basic software)
