We are seeking experienced and reliable Leading Hand and Concreters to join our team. Leading Hands must have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a small team, and experience reading plans and coordinating on-site projects. Concreters should have hands-on experience and be able to commit to the role, though formal qualifications are not required.

📍 Location: Based in Glen Waverley, with projects across Greater Melbourne

Our Work Includes:

• Structural slabs & footings
• Pavements & kerbs
• Decorative & permeable concrete
• Excavation

Scope of Works:

• Site preparation & set-out
• Rock preparation & excavation
• Formwork & steelwork
• Concrete placement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in concreting
• Ability to lead a team and work independently
• Strong plan-reading and site coordination skills
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and a great attitude
• White card & excellent communication skills
• Physically fit and able to fulfil duties

Ideal Candidate:

• Certificate III in Concreting
• 4+ years of experience in the industry
• Previous team leader experience
• Excavator experience
• HR Truck Licence (or willingness to obtain)
