Regional Site Foreman/Supervisor - Minor Works - Jointly Pty Ltd (Commercial Construction)

The Role

We are looking for someone to help us deliver minor works projects (normally $300k to $1m) in the North-West Vic region. There may also be the odd major project work as well.

The minor works projects generally comprise of restumping, reroofing and fire rating works to existing buildings.

The role will require you to travel for many weeks of the year, of which we have good renumerations for travel.

You will be hardworking and enthusiastic, responsible for responsible for working managing the day to day nature of our sites

Reporting to a Construction Manager/Director your key responsibilities will include:

• Running the site day to day.
• Managing site Health and Safety.
• Scheduling Trades.
• Leading our team of carpenters and apprentices.
• Liaising with clients and architects and our office team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
• Confident with computer/phone/IT use is preferable.

You must be capable, organised and adaptable, being able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally

Previous Experience

• Previous experience in as a site Foreman/supervisor is preferred but not essential.
• Carpentry training preferable.
• Cert 3 in work place health and safety is a bonus.
