Responsibilities:

• Patient interaction: Greet, assist, and schedule appointments for podiatry services.
• Money handling: Collect payments, manage financial transactions, be confident with basic figures with cash & cheque handling
• Sterilisation and maintenance: Oversee proper sterilisation procedures and maintain cleanliness within the clinic.
• Administrative support: Manage patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the podiatry team for seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a medical receptionist, preferably in a podiatry clinic is appreciated but not required.
• Strong customer service, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in office software & HICAPS.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desired
• Familiarity with billing in a management software.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Flexibility between 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday
