Commercial Maintenance Carpenter & Handyman

Acron Building Services is seeking a skilled, self-motivated and confident person, with a building trade background or similar. In this role you will be providing ongoing preventative and reactive maintenance, to ensure the smooth running and operations of various commercial and industrial sites throughout the Sydney CBD and Metro areas.

The ideal person must have:

• Previous maintenance or trade experience
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
• Own hand tools
• Current NSW Driver’s License
• Willing to adjust hours to suit client’s requirements

Your personal skills and abilities will include:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, minor patching, tiling etc.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Strong practical skills in areas such as carpentry and commercial maintenance
• Broad skill set with good problem-solving ability
• Ability to work unsupervised and take direction
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated and embrace WH&S practices
• Well-presented and excellent organisational skills
