About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Handyman/Maintenance Officer to join our team on a Full-Time basis at our Miranda Aged Care Facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Reactive maintenance
• Preventative Maintenance Schedule
• Handyman / Maintenance duties such as painting, cleaning, installation, assembly and minor plumbing

You will report to the Residential Manager and work closely with the Property Manager General Manager, who will direct you to specific tasks as needed from time to time.

Essential Criteria

• Working rights in Australia
• Current Police Check or willing to obtain
• Experience in Maintenance / Handyman work
• Driver licence

Qualifications preferred but not essential

• White card
• Trade licence
• Handyman with experience in Aged Care, Health or Hospitality
