Perth City Subaru ( Perth City Prestige Group ) have an opportunity for an experienced Service Receptionist/Admin to join our well established team in Victoria Park. This is not your every day Receptionist role, this highly-important role is focussed on ensuring our valued customers are receiving great, prompt communication over the phone & in person in order to maintain and deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience.
This is your chance to become a part of a well-established dealership team. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Service Receptionist who is ready to go above and beyond for our valued customers. This is a fast-paced role in which you will work with a diverse team and customer base and be required to juggle multiple priorities to ensure that customers are always our number one focus.

Duties of this role:
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Be hungry to learn and eager to take on new tasks
- Use your vehicle owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
- Answer inbound calls for the Service Department promptly
- Make Service Appointments via phone and email
- Prepare repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
- Co-ordinate transport for Customers to and from the Dealership
- Liaise with the Workshop/ Parts Department and other front-line staff
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Parts and Service Department
To be considered for this role you must have:
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- A confident phone manner and developed communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Time management skills in order to juggle a busy department
- Ability to work under pressure
- Initiative to help on the front line if the need arises
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Quick thinking & problem-solving skills
- Pentana / ERA experience very highly regarded !
