Service Advisor - Automotive

CKD Automotive are currently seeking an enthusiastic & motivated Service Advisor for our growing Automotive Hyundai business in the Chatswood. This position is for an immediate start and for someone wanting to work in a busy environment with exceptional training provided to further their career.

Whilst a high level of automotive technical knowledge is expected, this is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers.

To succeed in this role you will be expected to:

• Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries.
• Quote on service and repairs
• Process repair orders and invoices
• Liaise with mechanics, salespeople and other internal staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
• Meet and Exceed Sales Targets as set by Management

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Experience in ERA
• Self-motivated
• Well organised
• Able to work in a team environment
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be willing to learn
• Neat and tidy Appearance
• A friendly attitude
