Job Description:
As a Claims Administrator, you will assist with the onboarding and management of road accident claims. Your daily tasks will include providing exceptional customer service, investigating road accidents, maintaining accurate administrative records, and processing invoices using Xero. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, capable of thinking outside the box, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—while keeping the mood light and fun!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding not-at-fault road accident claims for Lawyers and guide customers through the process.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Investigate road accidents to gather all necessary details for thorough claim assessments.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date claim records and documentation.
- Process and manage invoices using Xero software.
- Collaborate with the team and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient claims process.
- Approach customers with empathy and sensitivity when dealing with the aftermath of accidents.
- Bring creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to problem-solving and process improvements.
- Contribute to a positive, fun, and supportive team environment where laughter is encouraged.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in claims administration and customer service is a MUST.
- Experience in Logistics, Automotive, or Legal industries is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administration and documentation.
- Ability to investigate and assess claims with empathy and sensitivity.
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- A creative thinker who enjoys solving problems in innovative ways.
- Must be sensitive to the nature of accident-related situations and approach them with care.
- Enjoys a fun and friendly work atmosphere and is eager to contribute to the team’s dynamic.
