About the role

Tyrepower Rouse Hill is seeking an exceptional Automotive Customer Service and Sales Expert to join our dynamic team in Rouse Hill, NSW. This full-time role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth for our reputable automotive business.

What you'll be doing

• Provide outstanding customer service to retail and commercial automotive clients
• Engage with customers to assess their vehicle needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Assist with inventory management and automotive parts replenishment
• Meet sales targets and KPIs to support store success
• Ensure the showroom and service areas are clean and customer-focused
• Work with the team to deliver a smooth, seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

• Experience in a customer-facing automotive or retail sales role is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Solid sales acumen and a drive to exceed targets
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Passion for the automotive industry and dedication to providing exceptional service
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive parts/sales are highly regarded
